By accessing or using Reveel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or the website.

Reveel provides a platform to create interactive digital gift experiences. You may create personalised gift pages, share them via unique links, and manage them through your account. The service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All charges are in INR (₹499 per gift experience). Payments are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure where the gift experience could not be delivered. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any payment disputes.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Reveel. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content for the purpose of providing the gift experience. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload. Content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights is prohibited and may result in account termination.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape or harvest data, use the platform for spam or fraud, or violate any applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Reveel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific gift experience in question.
